- Customer wanted authentic 16th century Italian architecture for premier destination resort
- Considered real stucco, lime wash, acrylic plasters, and Antiqua lime plaster
- Selected Vero Antiqua in 6 colors for 138 villas, a hotel, 2 clubhouses, 2 parking structures
- Vero trained 600 plasterers from 3 tract plastering companies and 4 union contractors and monitored quality throughout project
- Used 15,000 pails of lime plaster imported from Italy
